Shipping
We offer free ground shipping to the continental United States on all product orders of $99.00 and above. Overnight, second day air and three day select are available at current shippers rates. Some exceptions will occur on heavy/large items that ship freight. Each item will be noted and we will be happy to quote you a freight cost to approve before you are charged.

We will be happy to quote rates on request.

Alaska & Hawaii:
Unfortunately, many products cannot be shipped to either Alaska or Hawaii. We will notify you of these exceptions shortly after your order has been placed. If an item can be shipped to these states, there will be an additional shipping charge that you will be made aware of shortly after the order is placed. If the charges are more than you would like to pay, you have the option to cancel your order.

Please Note: Often we will ship direct from the manufacturer. Expedited shipping is possible but will be expedited after they process the order.

Most orders will be shipped within five days unless otherwise stated. If an item is out of stock or on back order you will be notified immediately and given an expected arrival time or an opportunity to select a different item.

Some of our products are special order items and are custom made for you. These items must be paid for at the time they are ordered and are non-refundable.

Average Shipping Times
Most products ship directly from the manufacturer within 2 to 3 business days (unless stated differently). The average time for arrival is 7 to 14 days. Exceptions, such as freight items or items that are made to order, are noted on the individual product pages. Overnight, second day air and three day select are available at current shippers rates on most items.

Freight Shipping
Products shipped by freight include curbside drop off. This means that the freight company will not bring an item inside your house. All freight orders that are canceled or refused without notice after the product has been shipped will be subject to a re-stocking fee. This will cover our costs to the manufacturer for the return. (return freight charges will often apply).

Returns and Restocking
We hope you're shopping experience in our store is a pleasant one. We know you'll be pleased with your selection but if for some reason you need to return a purchase please contact us within 10 days and arrange for your return. It must be in original condition, in the box it was sent in and properly insured. We will arrange for a credit, exchange or a refund, less shipping.

For certain large and/or opened items that are returned without exchange there is a 25% restocking fee. This covers the cost charged to us by the manufacturer each time we send back a non-defective piece of merchandise without replacement. Shipping costs will also be deducted from refund. All returns must be sent back within 15 days of receipt and you MUST receive prior authorization for the return. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused and you will be liable for the additional return shippers costs.

Q: Can you ship to a different address?
A: Yes, there is an area for this on the order form.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your item(s) are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the UPS or Fed Ex tracking number.

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: On larger items we use UPS and FedEx for our shipping, neither of which can deliver to a P.O. Box. On lighter weight, smaller items we can ship USPS. Please contact us with any questions.
