pleased with your selection but if for some reason you need to return a purchase please
contact us within 10 days and arrange for your return. It must be in original condition, in
the box it was sent in and properly insured. We will arrange for a credit, exchange or a refund.
If you would like to return the product, without an exchange, we will refund your purchase price less shipping and 20% restocking fees.
This covers the cost charged to us by the manufacturer each time we send back a non-defective piece of merchandise without replacement. You MUST receive prior authorization for the return. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused and you will be liable for the additional return shippers costs.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please insure your return shipment as we will not issue a refund if the product is received damaged.
Damaged items:
If your item is damaged on arrival, we will replace it at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise is received. Product must be in original packaging and ready for pick-up.
